Shaanxi Star Titanium New Materials Co., Ltd. is a National High-Tech Enterprise that researches, develops, manufactures and sells high-end titanium alloy materials and precision titanium components. The company is certified to GJB 9001C, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and AS9100 quality management systems. It provides high-performance, lightweight solutions for aerospace, the low-altitude economy, embodied AI, defense and other sectors.

R&D personnel make up more than 15% of our workforce. Among them, 16% hold doctoral degrees and 33% hold master’s degrees. Our core technical team comes from Harbin Institute of Technology, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Ningxia University, and aerospace and defense research institutes. The team has deep expertise in titanium alloy design, advanced manufacturing processes and specialized surface treatment technologies.

To date, the company has filed 13 patent applications. It was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise in 2024 and as a National Technology-Based SME in 2025. Drawing on a complete titanium industry chain, we have built integrated capabilities that span wire production, additive manufacturing, precision machining, and inspection and delivery. Our core focus is plasma arc wire-fed Directed Energy Deposition (DED). With it, we aim to solve a long-standing industry challenge for large titanium alloy structural parts: making them feasible to produce, fast to produce and affordable to produce.
